What “open box” means

An open box item is a product that has had its original packaging opened — typically because it was a customer return, a display unit, or excess stock repackaged after inspection — but is not faulty. Every open box item is checked before being offered for resale.

What to expect

• The unit itself is fully functional and has been tested.
• Original packaging may show signs of having been opened, or be replaced with plain packaging.
• Included accessories match the listing description — check the individual product page for exactly what's in the box.
• The manufacturer's standard warranty applies unless the listing states otherwise.

Returns on open box items

Open box items follow the same 7-day return window as new stock for non-defective returns, described in our Terms & Conditions. Where a specific open box listing carries different terms, those are stated on the product page and take precedence.
