1. About these terms

These terms apply to every order placed through this website with Alotez Limited (“Alotez”, “we”, “us”). Placing an order means you accept them.

2. Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in the currency of the market you're browsing and include or exclude tax as labelled on each page. We reserve the right to correct a pricing or listing error before an order is dispatched; if that happens, we'll contact you before proceeding rather than charge a corrected price without telling you.

A contract is formed once we confirm your order, not when you submit it — stock availability is checked at both points.

3. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Accounts approved for credit or purchase-order terms are billed according to the terms agreed at account setup.

4. Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and vary by product and destination — see our Delivery information for details.

5. Returns and cancellations

Non-defective goods may be returned within 7 days of receipt; notify us before returning an item. A re-stocking fee may apply to non-defective returns, as set out at the time of purchase. Faulty goods are handled under our repairs and service process instead.

6. Open box items

Products sold as open box are subject to the terms described on Definition of Open Box Items, which take precedence over the general returns terms above where they differ.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Beyond that, our liability for losses arising from your use of this website or a purchase made through it is limited to the value of the relevant order.
