Managing Director
Sets the company's overall direction and is accountable for the relationships with our manufacturer partners that keep our hardware range competitive.
Commercial Director
Owns pricing, reseller accreditations and the account-management relationships behind our credit and reseller account programmes.
Head of Managed Services
Leads the team responsible for device deployment, fleet management and ongoing support contracts for customers running Alotez-supplied estates.
Head of Technical Support & Repairs
Runs the repairs and after-sales technical support centre, and sets the standards our engineers work to on every returned unit.
Head of Operations
Responsible for stock, dispatch and the day-to-day fulfilment that gets orders out same-day for in-stock items ordered before 4:30pm.
