Dispatch times

Items shown as ‘in stock’ are dispatched the same working day for orders placed before 4:30pm, on a next-working-day service as standard.

Products marked “available in 2-5 working days” ship direct from the manufacturer or supplier and can be subject to a 2-5 day lead time. Items shown as “ordered on request” are not held in stock and may take up to 6 weeks — call our sales team if you need something urgently, as many suppliers offer an expedited service for a surcharge.

Free delivery

Free next-day delivery is available on qualifying orders above the threshold shown in the banner at the top of the site and on our contact page — the exact figure is converted into your local currency automatically.

Partial shipments

If your basket contains a mix of in-stock and non-stock items, we may ship the available items first via an express method once the remaining stock arrives from the supplier, at no extra cost to you.

International & multi-market orders

We ship to the US, UK, EU and India. Delivery times and any import duties for cross-border orders depend on the destination — contact us before ordering if you need a firm delivery estimate for your location.
