How we operated during the pandemic
Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Alotez continued operating as an essential technology supplier to sectors including healthcare, retail and logistics, with adjusted working practices across our warehouse, repairs and office teams to keep staff and customers safe.
Delivery timeframes for some products were affected during periods of high demand and global supply chain disruption, and we communicated known delays on individual product pages where relevant at the time.
