Email newsletter
Signing up with your email address (for example via the form in our footer) opts you in to occasional emails about new products, offers and company updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email we send.
Managed Services subscriptions
Where a Managed Services agreement includes a recurring subscription element (for example, ongoing device monitoring or support), the specific term, renewal and cancellation conditions are set out in that agreement rather than here — ask your account contact for a copy if you can't locate yours.
Cancelling
To unsubscribe from marketing email, use the link in the email itself. To cancel or query a Managed Services subscription, contact us via our contact form and include your account or agreement reference.
